About Prepare to Land

Hi there, I'm Paul. I'm a startup operator, founder, and ecosystem builder with 15+ years of experience supporting early-stage companies across Europe, MENA, India and Sub-Saharan Africa.

I've co-founded accelerators, scaled deeptech startups, advised governments, built physical startup communities and invested in foundational technology companies. I was awarded the OBE in the UK's 2020 New Year Honours for services to startup founders and communities in the digital technology sector.

Through Prepare to Land, I apply everything I've learned working with governments, founders and communities across four continents, to coach and support ambitious founders, operators and communities.
